Our Equine Leadership Retreat is held at Harmony Center, a dedicated equestrian facility nestled in the Japanese Alps of Nagano. It's a full day or multi-day program designed around your team's goals — whether that's building trust across departments, developing emerging leaders, or simply giving your team an unforgettable offsite that people will actually talk about. Fully facilitated in English, Chinese, and Japanese. Logistics handled end-to-end. You just show up.
