With over 30 years of experience in the travel industry, Nihongi founded Holiday Inc. to create meaningful journeys that connect people with nature, culture, and adventure. Passionate about responsible tourism and authentic experiences, he focuses on designing high-quality riding holidays in Japan and abroad.

中国出身、日本在住。海外パートナーとの連携やツアー造成、現地ガイドを担当しています。英語・中国語・日本語を話し、馬を深く愛するキャリーが、世界中のお客様を温かくお迎えし、安全で心に残る乗馬体験をご提供します。
Born in China and based in Japan, Carrie connects riders from around the world with unforgettable horse riding experiences. She oversees overseas partnerships, tour development, and on-site guiding. With her multilingual background (English / Chinese / Japanese) and deep love for horses, she ensures every guest feels welcomed, safe, and inspired on their riding journey.
